Summary and Strong Response Summarize NAACP Press Release Communities are having health issues because of the pollution around their neighborhoods. The NAACP and its allies did a research and a report what they call “Coal Blooded: Putting Profits before People”. The purpose of this research is to document the health, economy, environmental impact of coal in this communities and to show the world how dirty are these plants and the impact in the communities. Their studies identify, the most affected communities with low income and communities of color also recommendations for individuals, organizations and policymakers on how to make a transition from coal to other energy sources. NAACP is committed to preserving the livelihood on this communities, the country and the climate and their goal is to make the people to have knowledge of
