Martin Reeves is successfully conveying the idea that all systems must be resilient and enduring to survive and grow providing longevity and success. Businesses must not only use mechanical thinking but also biological thinking focusing on the six principles of a living organism comparatively as the Corporate Immune System. Reeves is providing critical ingredients necessary to sustain prosperously in the business world. In providing the example scenario of Kodak Film vs. Fuji Film, he is explaining clearly how two companies providing the same product can go in completely different directions with one filing bankruptcy while the other survives and flourishes by “having more pockets and drawers” meaning they were able to provide more options through applying the principles made for shaping a company. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
