Williams 1 Rich VS. Poor I oftentimes hear the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Never quiet understanding the full meaning of the phrase, but I finally caught the grasp of it as I got older. Being classified as rich or poor often times puts you in a social class ranking. Many never think beyond the amount that sits in one bank account. How did this person get so rich or even so poor? From society’s outlook the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Being rich and poor come with the many similarities and differences such as; lifestyles, the lack of education For example, not everyone lives the same lifestyle just like the rich and poor. The rich tend to have extravagant houses, yachts, and condominiums while the poor live in apartments, shelters, or even cars. The rich are born into the funds, or are placed in a career where they are able to advance quickly. The poor are living at or below the poverty level because they lack the funds or a proper job with compensating funds. Society divides individuals into classes based on
