Petrie's Electronics Case 1. Using the guidelines from this chapter and other sources, evaluate the usability of the page design depicted in PE Figure 8-1. Some information is in English and some other language. You should have option to use one or the other. The graphics are not appearing. I’m not sure what the % graph is for. No title on the screen. I have no idea what I am logged in to. The page has some good starting points but need more enhancements to make it user-friendlier. 2. Chapter 8 encourages the design of a help system early in the design of the human interface. How would you incorporate help into the interface as shown in PE Figure 8-1? Normally retails put the HELP option at the menu BAR or at the bottom of the screen with other important information. The help option will help the consumer to understand the web page and/or how to use certain options. The help system need to be simple as well as easy to access. Help message should be short, the point and easily understand.
