Milena Gjurchevska S0277830 Anxiety of Public speaking General Purpose: To provide a better understanding of what nervousness is and the ways on how to overcome it Specific Purpose: To provide useful data that will help individuals to overcome the anxious feeling while having a speech in front of public. Thesis: This study will provide eight useful methods in order to help employees to overcome the anxiety of public speaking. INTRODUCTION What is anxiety of public speaking and the symptoms that the person struggle with. Psychologists claim that the anxiety of public speaking could be defined as a form of potential anxiety in which the person becomes anxious about the way they presenting, in some cases the person could experience a panic attack while speaking. I. ( Attention Getter ) Even the most successful leaders have had phobia of speaking in public. II. ( Reveal Topic and Motivate the Audience ) Felling anxious about delivering a speech in front of public will affect the personal growth and professional career of the person.
