There are many different methods and ways that Tonya could communicate the new policy to the staff members. I would compare the pros and cons of face-to-face communication, as well as electronic communication of the message. Pros of face to face communication It has immediate feedback. Easy incorporation of gesture for effective communication. Easy to make clarifications where necessary. Cons of face to face communication Gestures may be misinterpreted. It is time consuming since one has to go to where the audience is. Pros of electronic communication Time saving, since it only requires one to send a message. The message may be saved for future reference. It is fast. Convenient. Cons of electronic communication It is dependent on electricity. Has no immediate feedback. I would recommend Tonya to use face to face communication since it n will be convenient and will
