What does it mean to think critically? What are the various dimensions of critical thinking? That is, what do critical thinkers do or how do we assess the quality of critical thinking? Analyze one of the critical thinking dimensions. How does critical thinking apply to leaders? Managers? Organizations? Critical thinking is described as, “Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternate solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.” (Kinicki, Angelo, Fugate, Mel. Pg. 8. 2018). Critical thinking can be seen as a manner of thinking where all conclusions and arguments are not accepted easily but instead a decision maker has the attitude of analyzing deeper and involving different types of questioning and new arguments and conclusions. Different standards to the thinking process are added so that truthful, honest, and objective outcomes can be reached. Therefore, thinking critically can be defines as the implementation of different standards of thinking. The standards that are involved in critical thinking are analyzing
