Given that employees are essentially accessible 24/7, organizations should create some best practices for using the variety of digital communications available for business. Research tips and advice on how to best use channels of electronic communication. Justify your own list of three best practice recommendations. When it comes to a business, any business relationship whether it is internal or external, communication is key. There must be a level of communication in order for the business to run and bad communication can be catastrophic when it comes to running a company. There are several levels of communication such as communication between employees, boss to employee, boss to cooperate, or business to business. Because of the incline in technology and the devices through which we can use technology, we are reachable all the time, even if you are not at work. There are computers, tablets, cell phones, laptops, etc. Anyone can reach anyone with the right connection. Not only are there several devices in which to communicate, there are several channels in which to communicate, such as Facebook, twitter, email, etc.
