This interpretation can be one based on intellectual, spiritual, emotional or biblical and intersect all aspects of one’s life. In the U.S. with a melting pot of citizens with varying Worldviews, there is always bound to be proposed public policy that is opposed or supported by many. Roe vs. Wade is an important piece of legislation that divided people with differing worldviews that related directly to abortion laws. The matter of Abortion has been and continues to be a volatile topic. Roe vs. Wade Roe vs. Wade is a Supreme Court decision that has been widely debated for decades between pro-choice proponents, and pro-life alliances. This decision handed down from the Supreme Court on January 22, 1973 recognized the right of privacy for a woman’s right to make her own medical decision, including the decision to have an abortion without the interference of state regulations.
