Sami:   What inspired you to start a business? Karen: I always had so many ideas that I would say I wanted someone to start  until one day I decided why don't I start that idea. Sami:   What goods and or services does your company offer? Karen: My company Happy Green Family offers nutritious eating options and  recipes that do not have the top 6 allergen foods (wheat/gluten, dairy, egg, soy,  nuts, and fish). It also has references for doctors and other useful help for people with autoimmune diseases.  Sami:  How do you organize your business? Karen: Happy Green Family is a corporation business and blog. Sami:  What are advantaged to the way you organize your business? Karen: I get to run everything about my business and control it however I want to  get the big idea of my goal.
