In this day in age email is one very good way to contact someone. We use email in our everyday life. It is important to review the emails that come into your inbox. If you don't, you could be missing very important information. Responding is just as important. You do not want the sender to think that you are ignoring them by not responding. Not all emails warrant a response but that is where the review come in place. It is important to respond in a timely manner as well and respond professionally. It is imperative to have organized email folders. Creating folders for senders or even certain topics is a good idea. It will be a lot easier to search for what you are looking for in the long run. What could take you 10 minutes to do now, could save you time in the future. It is good to have organizational skills and time management skills to better prepare yourself for something
