May 26, 2005 Pam Diehl A Day in the Life of a Tennis Ball “I’ve been sitting in this stupid container for so long now. Is anyone ever going to save me? Hey! Hey you! Are you coming for me? YES! Finally I’m leaving this smelly garage! wonder where we are going. Thus looks like a fun place! I wonder what we will do at this fenced in place with a green floor and a net in the middle. Ahhh…fresh air, this is the first time anyone has ever taken me out of this container, thank you! OUCH!!!!!!! Hey quit it! What the heck are you doing to me?!? Ow! Are you trying to kill me?!? What kind of sick game is this! HAHA! You missed me! HAHAHAHA!!!….OUCH!…and that would be the fence.” This Summer This summer, I am going to say goodbye to a good friend forever, on my birthday nonetheless. She’s moving to California to live with her Uncle. That same day, I am leaving for a music festival, which features my favorite band, Switchfoot. This festival lasts three days and I can’t wait. Near the end of July, I am traveling to West Virginia for a Habitat for Humanity type
