Purpose and Relevance of Leadership Leadership is very purposeful. A great leader has the ability to create new great leaders. A great leader has the ability to bring out the strengths in those whom they lead. A leader’s overall purpose is to develop their followers so, someday the followers will have the ability to lead. A leader’s purpose is keep his or her followers on track on accomplishing objectives. Not to mention, a great leader encourages the members on his or her team to perform with integrity, honesty and effectively communicate. With having a Bachelor in Biblical Studies and several years of leadership mentoring under my belt it had given me the ability to a wide array of business functions. I feel comfortable going into small meetings and talking in front of thousands. The times I feel stumped there are many different leaders I have had the opportunity to work with that I can call on for advice in the ministry and the business world. I see several different leadership styles that would come into play with my strengths which has me rethink my style to me more of a strategic contingencies style. There are so many different situations that happen in both words of my life that one type of leadership will not always work. Most of the time people look at me to help them through the situation that they can’t see the answer because they are so invested in the problem. I would say in work and church my strengths at the forefront would show that I am a strong coaching leader. No matter what I am doing the people involved is a team. I want to see every person to grow and gain personal strengths to be a stronger leader themselves.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
