Succeeding Together: Fostering a culture of consumer engagement 2 nd National Disability Conference, 11 June 2012, Alexandra Park, Auckland Summary of Feedback Thank you to all of those who attended the 2nd National disability conference at Alexandra Park in Auckland on 11 June 2012. This year the conference was attended by over 350 people including consumers, family members and unpaid carers, representatives of consumer organisations, disability service providers, government officials, suppliers of disability related products and services, and of course our esteemed speakers and presenters. The conference was a great success and provided the opportunity for people to catch up with some old friends and to make some new friends. We asked participants to complete an evaluation form and a summary of the results of that feedback is provided below. In total we received 95 completed evaluation forms including those received on the day and forms that people emailed or posted to us after the conference. Sixty-one percent of people who completed evaluation forms reported that the conference met or exceeded their expectations, and a further 25% reported that the conference mostly met their expectations. We also received informal feedback from 15 more participants via email during the days following the conference. These participants did not complete an evaluation form, hence they are not included in the statistics above; however, their feedback is incorporated in the summary below under the appropriate heading.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
