8 1) Identify all the facts of the issue: Based on the video that we can see the facts of the issue are, there are people who are in the midst of destroying forest or logging in the large scale. They only know to carry out logging activities or forest destruction without thinking about the habitats in the forest. They also carry out logging or destroying forest without taking into account the underlying circumstances they are cutting off whether the trees are still young or old. Next, they also do the forest destruction or logging activities without thinking of what will happen after they did the activity. They need to know that after the act of their activity, the ground conditions will no longer be the same as their original condition before they make logging or destroying the forest. In addition, logging or forest destruction will result in various natural disasters, such as flash floods, soil erosion, global warming and so on.

8 2) Determine the ethical dilemma of the issue: An ethical dilemma is a situation that will often involve an apparent conflict between moral imperatives, in which to obey one would result in transgressing another. This is also called an ethical paradox since in moral philosophy, paradox plays a central role in ethics debates. An ethical dilemma is a situation that places a professional in difficulty having to decide and implement against what he or she ethically believes. From the video that we can see the ethical dilemma are shows someone who is destroying or logging in the forest in large scale. This is caused by his private interest versus the interest of the public such as he do the destroying or logging in the forest to sell timber logs to people who make teak furniture using timber.
