Discussion due march 7th No, I don't think American policies were corrupted by jackson presidency, during that era Jackson believed the nation had been corrupted by the policies of the second bank, he felt in order for reform the majority rule must be accepted. He felt the common man interest had been ignored by national economic plans and he vowed to represent the people, while convincing them their vote mattered.
