Case Study #2 2 Reading the Tea Leaves at Tea and More: Resolving Complex Supply Chain Issues I. Major Facts Over the last decade, there has been a number of problems within Tea and More due to rapid growth. Some of the challenging areas of the company include supply chain management, marketing, financial value, strategies, and long-term plans, but not limited to. Jack Reynolds and two founder's R & D partners bought more than ten years ago and bought their partners. The company knows its fire and fine specialties for restaurants and delis. Jack often makes decisions that have a minimal impact on the performance of the company, which means about $ 25 million in annual income. Reynold's enthusiasm and encouragement was the company at the point of breaking. II. Major Problem Supply chain issues have led to the fact that Reynold's third party has been extensively exported to exotic suppliers directly from heat sources. André's ideas in your company are two procurement processes that aim at implementing the production and delivery costs of small orders in the UK. Reynolds hit that plane but ended the cave. The oldest unique installer is your first specialist, and business involvement decisions are made. By handling different types of tea at the disposal of customers, you have questions about the correct marketing of tea.
