LP 3.1 Stress management Nancy Niyagaka As mentioned earlier in my previous work, plan to implement a variety of methods and strategies by December 2018 to help manage stress levels, as well as various ways of coping with the stress that they encounter in their daily lives. Tension played an important role in my fall and I think that's why it was very stressful in recent years. As I was recently diagnosed with Addison because my cortisol level is too low, I realized that I was unable to cope with stress as before, so I often feel pressure, a view that is understandable because cortisol is known as a stress hormone. . Cortisol is a steroid hormone that regulates a wide range of processes throughout the body, including metabolism, and immune system response. It also plays a very important role in helping the body react to stress. Understanding Cortisol and its effects on the body will help balance hormones and achieve good health. Low levels of cortisol can cause a condition known as primary adrenal insufficiency or Addison's disease. Although the primary adrenal glands are rare, they are
