Project Swift II “Best in Class” 2 In this article I will discuss changes in problems with Swift to reduce some problems with gyro And crashes communication . I will discuss conflicts and effects before, during and after the proposed changes. Every organization has room for change and these changes are small or sometimes large, but can be catastrophic. Proposed changes Change 1 ESOP One of the changes that I suggest is that Take it quickly Is the conversion rate that sometimes paralyzes it; Most of them do not believe there But the cost of changing the capital of the company every time. According to Joseph (2016), the turnover of 100% companies is considerable, with an average cost of between $ 3,000 and $ 5,000 for recruiting, hiring and retraining a new director, who spends $ 3 billion to $ 5 billion a year (page 1) . The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
