Change is a must for organizations, because without it the organization will be satisfied and it will lose its competitiveness (Heathfield 2017). TitleMax always creates changes and creates ways to motivate your employees. To be an effective company to create professional motivation, companies must understand their employees. Organizations must reflect on what motivates their employees and what changes can be made to create a functional motivation. Job motivation helps change employee behavior and attitude. TitleMax has proposed two innovations to encourage employee incentives, such as Awards and Employees of the Month.
