Stephen Kramer 12/1/05 HE 100 Cornell University Final Exam 1. My presentation focused on time management. I learned a lot about managing your current time, finding hidden time, and sticking to a schedule. One important aspect was sticking to a schedule. Another presentation that I remember was Josh’s presentation about recreational drugs. In time management, sticking to a schedule is important. When one sticks to a schedule they have more control over their life. One’s plans seem manageable and they can start studying without delay. One will end up studying all subjects because one has put time into their schedule to study for each subject. In addition, laziness is discouraged and one knows when review sessions will be held. One feels relaxation and knows when each class starts, which allows for flexibility to be able to participate in extracurricular activities. A specific aspect of Josh’s presentation that I remember was marijuana. I was not surprised that marijuana was the most commonly used illegal drug in the United States. However, I was surprised with some of marijuana’s side effects and consequences. Marijuana can cause respiratory infections, impaired memory and
