1. What are IMVU’s current challenges and how should they move forward? 1. Define customers, their exact needs and find the way to answer it. Right now IMVU has a big group of customers under 18 and another adult group of users. Needs for these groups are different also functions of the game expected differ among these groups. Therefore I think it would be better if IMVU would either split into 2 platforms being able to offer games which share same idea but different execution to its customers or expand services to be able to better answer current customer needs. 2. Improve pricing and profit generation . Right now the revenues are rather small due to the fact that the biggest part of customers cannot pay for the product as they do not have credit cards. A good step was already introducing the mobile payments which enabled the younger group make the payments. However, here the biggest opportunity lies in targeting the older target and increasing transactions among this group.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
