Patricia LeeHS 169, Section 32/7/181.I have never tried this technique before.2.Before I started this exercise, I felt stressed. Mentally and emotionally, I was distractedby many things. Physically, I felt a bit anxious and my body was very tense.3.In the first couple of minutes diving into the exercise, I felt some unease. Mentally, I wasdistracted by many things such as the sound of people walking by the classroom, theresponsibilities that I had or the random thoughts that flew in my head. Emotionally, I was abit sad at first because I was thinking too much and too hard about my personal struggles aswell as the exercise itself. At first, I was trying so hard to focus on the woman’s voice and todo as she says. As time went on, I began to relax my body and soon enough, I didn’t evenrealize the recording voice. I fell into a period of peace without thinking and just breathing.
