Patricia Lee HS 169, Section 3 2/5/18 1. I have never tried this technique before. It was really interesting and cool to be able to try something like this through this stress-management class as I would never see myself doing this on my own time or if I was not taking this class. 2. Before starting the exercise, I felt both mentally and emotionally drained. I felt extremely stressed, anxious, and my mind was at unease. I was juggling a lot of things in my head and letting my emotions get the best of me. Physically, my body felt normal and relaxed. I didn’t feel too tired or exhausted. 3. During the exercise, I felt a bit more relaxed and calm emotionally and mentally. However, both emotionally and mentally, I couldn’t seem to completely withdraw from the countless number of thoughts running through my head. Physically, I felt the same amount of relaxation and ease as I did before. 4. After the exercise, I felt nearly the same emotionally and mentally. The exercise seemed
