Dinandry Rodriguez Group Project Unit 4 End User Behavior and Training Plan In an organization everyone one has a responsibility for the security of the network and company assets. Everyone is Responsible from the top executives to managers and to employee. Many companies don’t have a security team but is highly recommended. End users must be aware of the role they play when it comes to strengthening the network security and keeping it secure at all times. General security training will be a requirement to work in this company and it will have provided to every employee in the company regardless of their role or job title. Some of Topics that will covered in the training will be guidelines on handling confidential and sensitive information, how to identify possible threats and risks, and who to contact if there was an attack. This training will be done every year for current and future employees and every year new security topics will be introduced. It is extremely important to have a strong security policy
