$500,000 Trade off Discussion Board 1. Think of a business you would start. Meatless (veggie) burgers (there are many veggie burgers brands, but I haven’t found one that I really love, so I would create my own). I would start off by creating the recipe, cooking and delivering the products myself until I needed to outsource the work when it became too much work to do by myself and possibly too expensive to do myself. 2. List the items you would spend your $500,000 on, in the order of most important 1st. Registering my business, FDA Regulation of food product, product liability insurance, renting a commercial kitchen, security deposit for commercial kitchen, kitchen equipment, labels and packaging, ingredients, opening a business bank account, website domain name, hire a website designer, ads (monster, google ads, Facebook ads, Glassdoor, etc.), sales sheets, business cards, payroll company, hire employers, hire an accountant, and hire an attorney.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
