Want to burn more calories than you ingest.    The more you weigh the more you cost to take of. The government has to help these people, which means it comes back to tax payers.   Health: A state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the  absence of disease or infirmity.    Exercise is the number one thing to make your life better as far as health   Wellness-a process of making informed choices that well lead one, over a period of time,  to a healthy lifestyle that should result in a sense of well-being.  o Emotional(feelings) o Intellectual (mind) o Social (relationships) o Spiritual (values and beliefs) o Physical (body) o Occupational (career/work) o Environmental (Shelter/safety) Stress can interfere with them all   Add years to your life by: o Regular exercise o Adequate sleep (7-9) o A good breakfast o
