Jim P Liu ILROB 1220 HWK 7 In my group, there was one rather significant incident that set the tone for how our group was to proceed. This incident occurred when we were meeting for the first time to discuss our readings. Our group’s plan was to divide up the readings, write up an outline/summary, and get together to discuss our readings and take the quiz together, so we could help one another understand the readings better. We divided up the first set of readings through email, and we also tried to plan a meeting time that was possible for everyone. However for that one week, everyone of us had some kind of conflict and it was tough to find a meeting time. We eventually decided to meet on Thursday night and everyone was to have their outlines done by then. Four of us showed up for the meeting, but one member did not show because he had a prior engagement. Everyone was irritated since we had already decided on the meeting time. In addition he had not completed his outline, so we could not take the quiz. One member was especially
