Unformatted text preview: Jim P Liu ILROB 1220 HWK 3 If given the opportunity to pick an ideal group to do the same assigned group project, I would consider the many traits that affect a persons personality and behavior before making my choice. Thus we can weed out the kids who are too bossy or do not contribute enough, and we are left with the kids who are cooperative, with bright ideas and work well together as a team. The Big Five Dimensions of Personality or just Big Five are the 5 most important divisions to consider when analyzing somebodys personality and in turn what role he/she will play in a group. People on my team will need to be on a certain end of the spectrum for each of these 5 dimensions. Of course an ideal group needs different people: leaders, people who work hard and people who are not afraid to ask questions. I have made up 5 different but ideal people hard and people who are not afraid to ask questions....
