Ellee Lazarov November 13, 2008 Communication arts 100 Bill Whitney Persuasive Peer Assessment The main point of the speech was to persuade that the health insurance policy in America is not up to par and that it is important to have health insurance. The speech is of institution policy. The speech does not call for immediate action of the people just passive agreement. The topic was appropriate for the audience jullian explained that at the age of twenty-five one is no longer legally aloud to remain under their parents health insurance. The speech was well organized and fulfilled the objectives of the introduction Jillian captured the audience’s attention, established credibility, revealed the main point, and used good transitions into the body of the speech. Jillian fulfilled the objectives of the speech conclusion as well she stated her plan very precisely and gave examples of how things work in other countries. Jillian transitioned into the conclusion very nicely and continued to reemphasize her main points and sum up her speech about health
