Organizational behavior is the study of how organizations work and focuses on teaching  companies to perform efficiently. What is the basic leadership model formula? The product of behavioral skills and the knowledge of OB = leadership effectiveness. What are the three basic levels of organizational behavior? Individual level: Psychology is the contributing discipline of this level. Members make sense of the  world and derive motivation from this level.
