Your answers will be kept confidential and restricted to class discussion, and the surveying student will keep your identity anonymous when sharing your responses. What position do you hold? What degree(s) do you hold? How did you learn about the job opportunity? Regarding new applicants for entry-level positions that lead up to yours, what are the educational requirements?
