Class Survey: Research Skills in Professions Note to survey recipient: The student gathering this information is enrolled in PSYC 314L Research Methods in the Department of Psychology at USC. We are gathering this information for class discussion, in order to help students identify how the research skills they learn in psychology coursework may be relevant to a variety of professions. In addition, your responses will give the students insight into how to better prepare themselves for their career goals. Please complete the following items to the degree they are relevant to your profession. Your answers will be kept confidential and restricted to class discussion, and the surveying student will keep your identity anonymous when sharing your responses. What position do you hold? What degree(s) do you hold? How did you learn about the job opportunity? Regarding new applicants for entry-level positions that lead up to yours, what are the educational requirements?

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
