Time Management Plan
Laying the Foundation (Goals)
When I started this program in week one, I had three primary goals that I wanted to
accomplish with my doctoral program. The first goal that I wish to obtain was to have the ability
to consult short term for small and medium businesses across the country. The second was to
reach a career earnings goals at work after finishing this program. My third goal was to establish a
foundation that will support my family in the future after I am long gone. Has an addition to my
goals I would like to add a new goal of completing my program in less than 24 months.
Self-Analysis
Completing the SWAT analysis gave me a chance to break down my strengths, weakness,
opportunities, and threats. My strength is pretty well rounded and include having a lot of support
from my family and colleagues from work. I am a creative thinker with the inner drive to achieve
my study goals in life. This strength will help me reach my goal of completing my degree program
within 24 months.
Everyone is not perfect and with strength comes weakness. I started this program filling out
this SWAT analysis with four major weakness.
