1 Food composition “the last lab” Summary of exercise You will self analyze the food composition of your ~30 day diet of the food items that you consumed. You will use the USDA “My Pyramid Tracker” program to analyze its composition. You will reference your self analysis to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005. A copy of the DGA2005 is on our MyUCDavis site. Lab Report The elements of your report will consist of 1. Graphs from the “my pyramid tracker” program 1. Calories, %protein, %carbohydrate, & %fat 2. You use a few other key graphs that help make your points 2. Narrative of your analysis with regard to the DGA 2005. (at least one but not more than two pages of double spaced text)
