22/04/2009 10:45:00 Global supply chains emerging.   Mutination corp – how does it structure and conduct its labor relations Does company regulate relations in cnetrlized manner?  o Where does it set policy  o Centralized would be corp headcourters o Declentiaed would be plant level o Intermiidate state regional level  When step out of US most inditustial systems don’t have same seperateation in  terms of labor relations and human resources Companies are not sperating them so cb is labor relations and hr are jointly  working together  o Doesn’t expissit because of legal extention, national gov has more  power for reguatlion and that gets imlpetned in eefects for unoin and  non union  o Hr decions are made inclduding labor relations decionoins within that  ruberic.  Other cournties in schools that study hr they don’t have  serpation like iLR.  There isn’t CB vs HR
