Abstract
Apple, Inc. is a successful company for years now. The company faces issues just like
any other company. Apple Inc. changing day by day in order to overcome its competitors. This
paper provides Apple’s
key business goals and IT strategy to support the goals. Management
Technology Information (MTI) is going to be assessed. I am going to assess sustainability,
stakeholder responsibility and technology innovation. There are six detailed factors of McGrath
and MacMillion’s Twelve Factors Evaluation. McFarlan & McKenney Strategic Grid Planning
Process is included along with the balanced score card analysis of Apple. The final pages of the
essay include plans for technology merger or acquisition, process model evaluation for
