To find that over half ofthe United States workforce is unhappy with their work hints at a problem within the job system that must be common among many establishments. Clearly, one or more of the elements listed above are not being met for some reason, which is causing the dissatisfaction. The first thing that one thinks about when talking about work is their environment. That includes physical space, relationships with coworkers, events that happen during the day such as meetings and lunch breaks, and even policies the company chooses to enforce. In the world of modern business, efficiency is the top priority, and it has begun to dictate how companies are run, with no concern for the employees who struggle to meet those standards. Procedia
