Unions Management – keep costs low, don’t really care about the workers, management doesn’t want the union there (employees will realize how much they are missing, unions will realize that when employees unionize, that everything will be better and management will lose control) Employees – not happy, undervalued, upset, oppressed Frank – Lab Tech, fringe benefits are unclear, implement a better more specific fringe benefit plan Tom – close to retirement, last year when there was cost reduction process, was given extra job to paint (stealing jobs from other people) emphasize safety of employees
