Page so much that can be developed from shipping, packaging, and movement. For instance the supply chain revolves around the packaging of products. Good packaging optimizes service, cost and convenience to a customer. I believe one area that’s important to everyone, would have to be recycling. With everyone trying to go green the pressure has been turned up on manufactures. Companies are facing pressure from their consumers to provide environmental friendly packaging. You can see this in everyday life by just going to the grocery store. The days of paper bags are gone and shortly the plastic bags will be gone to. Consumers will have to buy and use reusable packaging. As far as the consumer goes he or she will switch brands if quality and price are the same but the environmentally impact will have to be less destructive. The supply chain revolves around the efficiency of product packing although the economy revolves around the marketability of a package. Both of these can be 3

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
