Tiffany Douangpanya September 20, 2017 Stress Lab 31)I never tried yoga, but I always been curious about how it was beneficial. 2)I was pretty surprised and excited to see that we were doing yoga. Physically, I wasn’t so prepared because I usually don’t do physical activities this early during the day. Luckily, I wore comfortable clothes because it helped a lot when doing the poses. 3)At first, I didn’t really feel anything. And as we started to do more poses and learn about how each one would beneficial to us, I realized it started to get hard. I didn’t think yoga could be so tiring yet relieving. The instructor told us where our pressure points were, and how some of the poses we could feel our hands getting hot, I really thought that was cool and interesting. Doing the poses and also the breathing technique was suppppper relaxing. It my mind at ease.4)After the exercise I honestly felt sweaty and tired, but in a good way. Like I just had a softworkout. I really enjoyed it overall. I found it really soothing for my body, without all the
