Tiffany Douangpanya September 13, 2017 Stress Lab 2 1) I’ve never tried this technique before. 2) I kind of felt the same as the breathing lab we did. I didn’t think there would be a difference compared to our first lab we did. 3) During the exercise I actually felt relaxed, maybe because I knew what to expect. I felt a lot more focused than I did the first lab and I honestly feel like it was because I was paying attention to what the audio was saying. I felt like I was listening and doing what the audio was saying, that’s why I was more relaxed. I saw it as like a step by step kind of thing. There were times where I would get side tracked and open my eyes, but it was easy to get focused again. My mind started to wander during the ‘silence’ period. Its weird that, as the audio went on, I could feel in my body everything she was saying. When she said heat or cold- I felt it, when she mentioned pulse and throbbing- I was
