Tiffany Douangpanya October 4, 2017 Stress Lab 5 1) I have not tried this exact technique before, but I have tried something similar. 2) I felt great before we started the exercise! Since we’ve done a number of these techniques, I wasn’t so nervous or anxious to do the body and sound meditation. I felt physically relaxed and at ease. 3) During the exercise, I tried to follow the audio and I think I did a pretty good job. It was a lot easier this time around- mentally, emotionally, and physically. I knew that if I continued to do these techniques that that would be the case. The sensations I’ve felt were pressure, weight, vibration, pulsating, warmth and coolness. My hands felt tingly, my body felt heavy, and my legs/feet felt cold. I felt warmth in my face, and felt throbbing on my head. I think I was so relaxed my entire body felt weighted down. My heart wasn’t racing, but I definitely felt it beating calmly. Here and there, I felt chills down my spine. My mind didn’t wander so much during this meditation, I was actually
