Journal Entry Lesson 4 Name     Rachel Tarmy                                          Net ID rat1122                    When you complete this assignment, save it in a portfolio folder you will later submit after lesson 4. This portfolio folder will contain portfolio items you will be collecting throughout the course. Respond to the following questions. Responses should be a paragraph long and should completely answer the questions. Include your responses in your course portfolio. Objective 2 1. As a colonial soldier, write the most powerful impressions (sights and thoughts) you had as you participated in the Battle of Bunker Hill. Remember the features of Revolutionary fighting you read about in the first part of this lesson. Bunker Hill was easily the most disheartening, yet memorable battle that I fought in during the Revolution. My brothers and I knew we were no match again the British, as we had run out of ammunition, had fewer men, and were generally weaker in comparison to the redcoats. Our commander, aware of our situation, told us " Don't fire until you see the whites of their eyes." We, the soldiers unworthy of the name, took these orders seriously in a lousy attempt to protect both our lives and liberty.
