Throughout the discussions that we spoke about in class, the three that really stuck out to me was the facial feedback hypothesis, the what does not make people happy and the happiness for money stops at 75,000. I think that the facial feedback hypothesis is useful in my life because I feel like sometimes I get into a funk and I feel like I am mad all day. I think that with the hypothesis if I smile more and or try the pen trick I really do think it can improve my days to make me happier which will then improve my overall life because who wants to be mad all the time. I personally agree with the facial feedback hypothesis, I feel like everytime I am at work and I am having a bad day when I smile more it tends to make me happier and allow me to not want to just leave work at that very moment.
