LIMITING OVERTIME TO REDUCE COSTS Majority of police leaders enjoy huge annual budget process because it's one of necessary equipment required to run any law enforcement organization. Many take pleasure in when it is approved because it offers an opportunity to get ride, wipe the slate, and start their year with better resources. Nonetheless coming up with an appropriate budget takes time because every department and proposed programs have to be accounted for and their spending put into considerations. The Kansas City budget proposal is expected to grow up to $250.8 million, which is more than 3.4 percent. However the budget can be restructured to eliminate huge waste and the overfilled positions in some department without compromising public safety by acquiring necessary equipment which will keep the system updated and will see smooth operations. KCPD spending can be brought down by limiting overtime for the police employees, this implies that more shifts will be required rescheduling will be done.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
