7- What is intercultural negotiation? Answer: The process that occurs when two or more cultures or co-cultures exchange messages in a manner that is influenced by their different cultural perceptions and symbol systems, both verbal and non-verbal. 8- Low context culture: Language expresses thoughts, feelings and ideas as directly as possible Example USA, Germany, England 9- High context culture: Relies heavily on subtle, often nonverbal cues to maintain social harmony. Example: China, Japan, France, Spain, Italy 10- I would expect many things to be left unsaid and negotiators are less open, more value is placed on a good relationship between business partners. An integrative bargaining kind of situation. 11- Basically yes I would, because reputation is very important when it comes to a negotiation, it’s much easier to achieve win-win outcomes when you have a reputation for being fair honest and willing to do the right thing. It is un-ethical to not tell the buyer the situation of the laptop.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
