Four broad growth strategies are diversification, product development, market penetration, and market development. Stability strategy is a corporate strategy in which an organization continues to do what it is currently doing. Retrenchment Strategy is used by corporations to reduce the diversity or the overall size of the operations of the company. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
