REACTION 2 Janice works at a pediatric infusion center outpatient clinic serving the pediatric population, from infancy through adolescence. The clinic’s leadership is committed to supporting and pursuing evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols. One clinical evidenced based practice care bundle that has been adopted in the clinic as a standard of care is the CLABSI prevention protocol. This is based upon CDC’s 2011 guidelines, pre-printed orders and care bundles for insertion, maintenance, and removal.
