4 Customer Expectations Reviewing the Facts 8. What are some factors that project a company’s culture? List several examples. A company’s culture is displayed by individual behaviors from employees, which are numerous factors composed together to build their organizational behavior. Customers stumble upon personalities from employees within a company individually and also come across an overall personality of a company’s organization as a whole. Depending upon on the values of individual behaviors, two things are possible to occur with a company’s culture. One, it may project a culture that attract customers and also have employees that enjoy their time at work. Or it may project a culture that’s not attracting any customers and create dilemma with employees at work. It’s all about the factors that may strengthen or weaken a company’s culture.
