IT 210: Business Systems Analysis 4 Final Paper Problem Statement 1 With ever increasing number of customers shopping online, a business should have seamless system where customer should be able to shop for products both from online platforms and store’s physical location. However, UbanWear customer can only shop from its brick and mortar location and it website is very limited. To improve customer experience and customer base, and manage its operation, UrbaWear should integrate its physical location with online store where customer can buy products both ways. Two Technologies Two important technologies for the company to consider are wireless, mobile computing and mobile commerce and cloud computing. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
